Spin Gladiators, 3Dinoz Games ("biz") tarafından sunulan bir mobil ve web oyunudur. Oyun; botlara karşı maçlar, sıralama, düello, Live Arena canlı maçları ve arkadaş özelliklerini içerir.
Oyunu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Bulunduğun ülkede reşit değilsen oyunu ebeveyninin veya yasal temsilcinin izniyle kullanmalısın.
Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:
Oyuncuları oyun içinden şikâyet edebilir veya engelleyebilirsin. Şikâyetleri 24 saat içinde incelemeyi hedefleriz. Kurallara aykırı durumlarda uygunsuz isimleri değiştirebilir, kupaları veya ilerlemeyi düzeltebilir, oyuncuyu sıralamadan çıkarabilir, hesabı geçici olarak askıya alabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatabiliriz.
Altın, elmas, kupa, eşyalar, sandıklar, düello ve Live Arena hakları gibi oyun içi öğeler gerçek para değeri taşımaz, nakde çevrilemez ve oyun dışında devredilemez. Bu öğeler üzerinde sana kişisel, devredilemez, sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı tanınır; mülkiyeti bize aittir. Oyun dengesini korumak için öğelerin özelliklerini, fiyatlarını veya kurallarını değiştirebiliriz.
İleride oyunda ek haklar, özel sandıklar, karakterler veya eşyalar satın alınabilir. Satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir. Dijital içerik teslim edildiğinde, yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatının izin verdiği ölçüde cayma hakkı sona erer; iade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade süreçleriyle değerlendirilir. Kanundan doğan hakların saklıdır.
Oyunun kodu, grafikleri, 3D modelleri, sesleri, adı ve logosu 3Dinoz Games'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Oyunu yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsin.
Oyunu güncelleyebilir, özellik ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Canlı maçlar internet bağlantısına bağlıdır; bağlantı kopması nedeniyle tamamlanmayan maçlar sayılmayabilir. Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur ve kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan, veri veya sanal öğe kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklarımızı etkilemez.
Hesabını istediğin zaman Ayarlar → Hesabımı kalıcı olarak sil ile kapatabilirsin. Bu koşulları ciddi şekilde ihlal etmen halinde hesabını kapatabiliriz.
Bu koşullar yalnızca seninle 3Dinoz Games arasındadır; Apple Inc. ve Google LLC bu koşulların tarafı değildir ve oyunun içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. Oyunu App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesi (Standard EULA) da geçerlidir; bu koşullar onunla çelişirse senin lehine olan hüküm uygulanır.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu koruma hükümlerinden doğan hakların saklıdır.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri oyun içinde duyururuz; değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam etmen güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Spin Gladiators is a mobile and web game provided by 3Dinoz Games ("we"). It includes matches against bots, a leaderboard, duels, Live Arena real-time matches and friends features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the game. If you are a minor in your country, you must use the game with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not:
You can report or block players from inside the game. We aim to review reports within 24 hours. If the rules are broken we may change inappropriate names, correct trophies or progress, remove a player from the leaderboard, suspend or permanently close the account.
In-game items such as gold, gems, trophies, items, chests, duel and Live Arena rights have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred outside the game. You receive a personal, non-transferable, limited licence to use them; we retain ownership. We may change item properties, prices or rules to keep the game balanced.
In the future the game may offer extra rights, special chests, characters or items for purchase. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their rules. To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal ends once digital content is delivered; refund requests are handled through the store's refund process. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The game's code, graphics, 3D models, sounds, name and logo belong to 3Dinoz Games or its licensors. You may use the game only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may update the game and add or remove features. Live matches depend on an internet connection; matches not completed because of a disconnection may not count. The game is provided "as is" without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or virtual items arising from use of the game. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can close your account at any time via Settings → Delete my account. We may close your account if you seriously breach these terms.
These terms are between you and 3Dinoz Games only; Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to them and are not responsible for the game. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these terms conflict with it, the provision more favourable to you applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the game; continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
